The gulf’s waters are perfect for sailing, fishing, and snorkeling. A delightful 4 kilometer stroll along the well-known Lungomare (promenade) allows one to take in the splendor of the shoreline.

The beaches

Accessible by land or sea, the beaches and coves of Golfo Aranci are genuine natural paradises. Crystal-clear seas and fine, fine sand are set against a lively, colorful Mediterranean scrub. The coastline has a variety of beaches, each of which has features that add to its beauty and individuality. The five beaches in the hamlet that are all easily accessible on foot are Cala Moresca, which is at the end of Golfo Aranci, Capo Figari Park, Cala Sabina Beach, and Spiaggia Bianca.

GETTING THERE

Thanks to an outstanding network of road, air, and sea links, Golfo Aranci is conveniently reachable from the rest of Sardinia as well as from any Italian and international destination. Although Golfo Aranci has a convenient port, you can alternatively go there via the 16 km away Costa Smeralda airport or the port of Olbia. On the island, Alghero - Fertilia (about 149 km away), Cagliari - Elmas (about 289 km away), and Tortol are the three principal airports from which you can access Golfo Aranci (about 198 km away).
